The exhibit by Claudia Herbst-Tait was an interesting collection of pieces. There were a few different typologies using different mediums. Some images were printed on linen while others on paper; all of which had a similar subject matter: spaces. On the tables, however, there were crystals with people suspended in them. I’m still quite curious what the relationship of these two pieces are as it was difficult for me to draw similarities and correlations between the pieces without a narrative.
