This project explores the possibilities of optical deception through the use of lenticular printing. While there are different types of lenticular printing, I have chosen to focus on the ‘flip’ process due to its ability to illustrate my concept of change. Rather than a printed 2D composition, a lenticular image can be more powerful toward demonstrating ideas of change, evolution, and transformation. The subject of the piece is anything that displays change, which can include but is not limited to evolution in nature, man-made change, and cause-effect instances.
